Petersen Johnson Attorneys
Petersen Johnson was founded in 1996 by personal injury attorneys Ron Petersen and Brad Johnson. The firm was built on the premise of providing the attention and devotion of a small firm with the resources and capabilities of a large one. Clients get to work directly with a partner on every case, but the entire team at Petersen Johnson provides support and is dedicated to helping personal injury victims get a fair settlement. Each team member has dedicated years of service and is fully committed to upholding our mission and values.
Brad, a founding partner at Petersen Johnson, has practiced auto accident and injury law since 1990. He is a champion of the underdog and receives a tremendous amount of satisfaction from helping people after a traumatic accident. His passion for personal injury law is evident in everything he does, from his tough and direct negotiation style to his commitment to his clients. In fact, Brad championed our pledge to get clients in front of a lawyer within two hours for initial meetings.
After growing up in Illinois, Brad went to Arizona State University for his undergraduate before getting his Juris Doctor Degree from Creighton University. He is a member of the Arizona Bar and a Board Member of the Happily Ever After League, a network of support services for moms with cancer. Outside the office, Brad spends much of his time with his wife, Marla, and their two children.
Ron is a founding partner of Petersen Johnson and has been practicing law since 1980. His fascination with the legal field began early in his life when he realized knowing the law allows a single individual to stand on equal ground against even the biggest institutions. This led him to choose accident injury law, as he could help protect individuals and their rights against large insurance companies. He received his Bachelors and Juris Doctor degrees at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and is a member of the Nebraska and Arizona Bar.
Ron’s commitment to client service is the driving force for many of the extra benefits Petersen Johnson brings to its clients, including the 25 percent discount fee. When away from the office, Ron enjoys spending his time with his wife, Jennifer, and their three children.
For over 25 years, John has devoted 100% of his career to practicing in the area of personal injury law and civil ligation. He received his Bachelors Degree from Assumptions College and his Juris Doctor degree from Seattle University. In addition he is a member of the Arizona Bar Associations. In his free time John like to spend time with his family.
Lynda West, Office Manager
Lynda’s experience in the legal field started in 1988, after graduating from ASU. She started out as a paralegal and worked her way up to office manager, which has allowed her the insight to understand every aspect of running a successful law office. Lynda prides herself on the exceptional customer service the Petersen Johnson team gives to every client. Outside of the office, Lynda enjoys traveling and spoiling her grandchildren.
Hard work and passion is what has driven Lisa to where she is now. Starting out as a receptionist, she has experience as the first point contact for clients needing legal representation. Her drive opened doors for her to become a legal assistant, and eventually, a negotiations assistant. Her top priority is the bottom line for our clients. She makes sure to dot the I’s and cross the T’s to ensure that at the end of the day, clients are happy and know we made every effort to get them the best possible outcome for their case. Outside of the office, this Arizona State alum prides herself on being a true, diehard ASU Athletics fan. Sun Devil for life!
